Service Description
This service is for large animal veterinarians ONLY. Please become a member first for Dr. Humphreys to confirm veterinary licensure. Next, send an email- including all pertinent case information- to shumphreysdvm@gmail.com. **For billing purposes, please state in your email if you are requesting a brief consult ($50), a comprehensive case consult ($150), or a biosecurity consult ($250). An invoice will be emailed separately at the time Dr. Humphreys responds to your consult. **There are no STAT capabilities for email consults. Email consults will be answered within 1 business day.**
Cancellation Policy
Failure to notify of cancellation or need to reschedule within 30 minutes of a consult on more than 1 occasion may result in the full or partial consult fee being forfeit.
